1.Singe & Calendering
Particles have character of clinging to other particles or the sur-
face of other objects. When suspended particles meet,they will
absorb each other and agglomerate. The agglomeration is
influenced by many factors, such as species, shape, diameter,
humidity and surface character of the particles. We can char-
acterize these particles by angle of repose, which is usually
between 30 degree and 45 degree. When the angle of repose
is below 30 degree,the particle is low adhesive and high flowing.
To filter this kind of particle, we employ Singed filter material to
enlarge surface area to enhance its dust particle collection.
While the angle of repose is above 45 degree,the particle is
high adhesive and low flowing.To filter this kind particle,we employ Calendering filter material to make surface more smooth to increase its dust collection.At the same,Calendering can prevent dust getting into the filter material to reduce the difficulty of felt dedusting.
2.Anti Static
The particles, which are scattered in the air, especially
flammable air, will burn at a special consistence when they
meet the sparkles.Therefore,to filter this kind particle, we
employ Anti Static filter material. We blend the anti-static fiber
when we make the filter material, which makes the filter
material with electric functions (resistance is below 10E7 Ω )
in three- dimensional space. The general types of electric fiber
are stainless steel fiber and carbon fiber. Function of the stainless steel fiber is stable.
Carbon fiber will lose its conductivity gradually after a period of time.
3.Oil & Water Repellent
Humidity and dusty air can make the dust on the surface of
filter bags wet and clinging, sometimes, the filter bags will be
pasted by dust. Both of them are not easy to be filtered,The
best filter material for this kind of dust should be Oil & Water
Repellent for every fiber thereby it enlarges the surface tensile
force. It is very effective for sharping steam and dust particles
into bead to avoid infiltration into the fabric to block the capillary channels. Thereby, it can prevent the bag paste by dust
4.Anti Adhesive
The abrasion of particle is influenced by its character, shape,
consistence and velocity of the airflow. The abrasion of rough
and anomalistic particle is ten times of the smooth one. The
abrasion of 90 microns diameter is largest. When the diameter
reduces to 5-10 microns, the abrasion is faint. Aluminum
powder, Silicon powder, Carbon powder are high abrasion
particles. To filter these kinds of particles, we employ anti adhesive material. The surface of filter fabric
5.Teflon Coated
When diameter of particle is smaller than 1 micron or particle is stickiness or air humidity is high, common filter materials cannot do effective filtration. Teflon coated material is a micro pore, coated and compound filter material with smooth surface. Particles are easily cleaned and will not adhere to the material or infiltrate to its inner place. That realizes the surface filtration. |
